2009 - to Present

Subdivision Planning and Design

This is a subdivision development at San Isidro, Subic, Zambales.

The Master Plan of Riverbank

A biodiversity project in line with the Environment and Natural Resources office.

Our Design team has done the initial study of the riverside development. The proposed master plan has 3 phases of development.

Phase 1 - includes a waterwheel project, an integrated jeepney terminal station, a Nursery, a market, and public parks.

Nagbayan Farm-Tourism Development

Design-Build Scheme

Location: Nagbayan, Castillejos, Zambales, Philippines

This is a mixed-use development that includes Farm Tourism - in response to the Philippines government’s program for promoting agriculture technology, making use of our natural resources, and cultivating more crops to create sustainable income for barangay Nagbayan. Promoting local and international tourists by providing activities like training programs, sports, and recreational activities that will encourage people on the potential benefits coming from agriculture.

This is the existing site. It has a hill and a plain area with rivers running along it.

The Feasibility studies have been drafted and there will be three major phases in the project implementation;

1. The Agro-tourism or Farm Tourism

2. The use of Indigenous material like Bamboo, which is also visible in the site

3. The riverbank Development the government provided a 20 MTS legal catchment for the rehabilitation and protection of the river, thus allowing us to connect the riverside to augment our development.

These are the projects being undertaken from the conception of the design to the production of construction documents. Some are in the process of negotiations at the time of this publication. Personalized House Design

This is a personalized House Design. It bears my own initials and that is where the design and concept were conceived. It was an experiment and attempt to make a unique house design out of the LRD initials.

Unique House Design

From the first project, it gave birth to a new design request from a friend in the US. This is a design concept using the same metaphor in developing a unique house design concept. As I develop this kind of technique, more ideas are coming in terms of relating the design form and maintaining the character of a house design.
